Postma Fine Art is a private fine art dealer specializing in the acquisition and sale of notable Canadian fine art. We are headquartered in Canada's west, the city of Calgary, Alberta, Canada (when travelling in eastern Canada, Canada's capital city, Ottawa, Ontario). We are a past exhibitor with various organizations including the Art Toronto International Art Fair and Spruce Meadows, and also an authorized fine art dealer of Inuit art from Canada's north (with focus on art from Kinngait (formerly known as Cape Dorset)). The annual Kinngait collections have been offered since 1959 from Kinngait Studios (Kinngait, Nunavut, Canada).
Experienced professional staff with formal education/degree in business, art history, and all aspects of personal property appraisal (specializing in Canadian fine art). Organization/staff past/present memberships and affiliations include a variety of internationally-recognized arts and professional business organizations.
We are pleased to offer complimentary courier for most Kinngait work, shipping from/to most locations in Canada. We also ship internationally (contact us for shipping rates). Most Kinngait work can be sent from either western Canada (Calgary, Alberta) or eastern Canada (typically from Toronto, Ontario).
All available art in our catalogue at any given time is typically not shown online.
Acquisition enquiries from the public and fellow professional fine art dealers are welcome.
All enquiries are in confidence and without obligation.
